im so sorry to bring this topic up again cos i know there is so much written about it already, but believe me i have read it all and still need help.

:Hand job: the skin does move up and down, but I've never had a guy complain about it hurting except for one and that's because he wasn't circumsized. Make sure to start off slow and vary speeds; also you'd be surprised at how hard you can squeeze the shaft when it's hard... so you can vary the pressure too.
:Oral: when he's hard, start by licking up and down the shaft slowly before taking the entire thing in your mouth, i find this helps me prepare and gets his mind racing. then grab the bottom of the shaft and slowly let it slide into your mouth. then lick up and down the shaft and move your hand the same way you would if you were to give a hand job.
I'd say those are the basics. OH, and make sure you ask him to let you know when he's going to cum, it's nice to have the "heads up"
