Ok, I know this might be a stupid question but I jus want to clear this up.
My girlfriend has given me unprotected oral sex.
We are both virgins and have never had any sexual contact with anyone else. If she continued to give me unprotected oral, is it possible that we can get an STD? or any other type of infection? I heard somewhere that the girl can get cold sores?
Also
If we have sex, and stay together for the rest of out lives, and do not have sex with any1 else, can we get an STD? or any other type of infection?

You can only catch an STD/STI from someone who has one already. While the incidence of contracting an STD/STI from oral sex is very, very low, it can happen if you have open wounds in your mouth or throat. The acids in your stomach are more than strong enough to kill the viral agents so once there- no worries. Information from the NIH.
