Have to admit that I was always reticent at the "idea" of oral during my wife's period. Then it happened - we thought she was through but as her pleasure grew, so did the flow. Yep, it's safe. You won't risk catching anything that you wouldn't risk catching from non-period sexual contact.

I don't think I'm more horny when I'm on my period, but certainly not less either. I would have figured it would taste bad, I've not tried this yet, but it has always been something I wanna try.

it tastes good MOSTof the time but 2-3 times it tasted horrible, also oral after condom sex dont taste good

I think most girls get horny when they are on their periods. Their hormones are spiked at that time. By boyfriend and I still do oral when Im on my period. I just use a tampon and he does clitoral stimulation. That way its not messy and gross.

Oh yeah and for me I think it actually tastes better than usual just before or in the very first part of my period, and then towards the end and after my period has ended, for about 2 days it tastes awful. So I think the bad/good taste has more to do with the hormones involved in fluid production than the actual blood taste.
