Nah, i think youre fine. You just need to see if she can go for a bit longer, and relax, dont tense yourself up or anything cos then you get nervous and it dont work.

Ok so answer this. When your ex was giving you oral lovin' did it feel good? If it did I highly doubt she was 'bad at it'. I think you need a 'girl’s point of view’ here. Maybe the reason why she did not do it long enough for you to ejaculate was because she didn't want anything gross happening if you know what I mean.
