alright i seriously need some real help. so far i have had sex about 8 times and when i first started i was lasting for about an hour. and i just had sex last night, and lasted 45 seconds. there wasnt any foreplay and i just dont know what is wrong. i have tried lots of things, and i read that article on this site and it didnt do anything.. PLEASE HELP!

Very common for young men. The good news is that that orgasm does not mean it is all over. There is lots more of that stuff where the first came from. I always used to jack my b/f off during foreplay. It slowed things down, got me what I wanted and he thought it was great. After three or four, you will be a bit slower.
First off.relax. It can happen, especially since you're pretty green to that. There is a possibility that you were extremely horny that time so it happened fast. There is nothing wrong with it.
