im in a bit of a mess, i had been with my gf for about 3 years and our sex life wasnt exactly the best! we've never had intercourse as such as shes petrified of the pain she'll go through (which i completely respect!) so we've never reached intercourse. to make up for this we did plenty of oral and what i can only describe as 'rubbing' our ourselves against each other! (to spell it out rubbing my erection against her vagina) she still got wet and i still ejaculated. because of this i can last a while now, but havent got a clue what i'll be like having intercourse!
we've now broke up and because of this im still a virgin.
normally i wouldnt mind but because everybody knows we've been together for years, people assume i lost my virginty ages ago. now theres a gorgeous woman from work who has made it clear she wants to get together and have some fun...but im scared that il be a joke!!

When it comes down to it, I think you should confide in her and tell her that you are still "technically" a virgin. Show her that you are experienced in other ways - oral!!!! so she does have faith. No need to tell her about the humping - or no penetration sex. That way she can kind of guide you a little bit. Some guys may have a bit of trouble putting it in the first time, but an experienced girl can help you a bit there.
Most of all, don't be paranoid about it. You've got experience and, I think, the best experience of all. Learning how to pleasure each other without actual sex. That's the best and some men lose sight of the fun you can have without penetration. Maybe you should tease her with non-penetration activities until she's begging you for it. You know you can handle it! Let's see how long she can last!!
