I am not new to sex but my gf is.
We have been having sex for a while but I seem to be just a little to long for her. It gives her tons of pain and we can only have sex with her on top and it feel good to her. We have tried tons of other positions just leading to her being in pain.
Ok so whats going on? Am I to long or what?

If pain persists, she might need to get a check up w/ her Gyno.
Well it goes away like after a day of not doing anything and I am only seven inches. She is very tiny though. 5'5" 103pnds.
Each time she experiences the pain, she is backing off a little bit and will eventually get to the point that she does not want any more. My guess is that she is not adequately aroused. The entire vagina deepens and broaden with sexual arousal.
She should have a complete gyn exam and, whilst there, have a good talk with the doctor about how things work.
