So, here's my issue, My gf and I live together and have lived together for a year and a half. Our sex life over the past year and a half hasn't been that great. for that matter, it was going downhill before that. but now, I'm lucky to get even a hand job a month. she just never feels like doing anything. is there anything that anyone can think of that can help me help her satisfy my urges?

I suggest learning what there is about you and/or the relationship that has turned her off.
Have you tried learning what urges she has and satisfying them? Because if you neglect her needs, she will punish you for it.
