Not Cumming Very much..

I'm in a relationship with a guy and we have been together for 3-4 years. I have never had to use birth control or condoms with him.. I've only been with one other man and he used to cum a LOT, as in the amount, and the distance.. like he could definitely shoot about a foot or more given the orgasm. BUT my current man only cums a tiny bit, at most.. I think it would just be like a little sprinkling of water.. and his distance isn't that good either.. when he cums on my ass he has to put the tip of his dick... on my ass! otherwise he won't get it to the target. Its also thicker in consistancy.. like it shoots out in clumps, I guess is the best way to describe it.

Now, don't get me wrong, he has a good size penis, About 3 inches wide and 7- 7'5" long. That's pretty big in my opinion. But I'm worried about down the line.. of our relationship if he will be able to get me pregnant or not.. and well I like being cummed on. Its sort of a turn on. I miss it.. and I would like to help him out with this problem.. we don't really talk about it and I've never said anything to him about it.. I think he thinks its normal, is it?

Things that could be prohibiting his build-up:
-He never goes to the doctors and has complained about pain in his balls.. but it was only for a week.. so we thought it was a fluke and he never ended up going.
-He smokes cigs and ... and thats known to affect it.. (but so did my previous boyfriend.. but it didnt effect him like this..)
-He has a small body type, he isnt a small guy he's normal.. but he works hard to stay that way, lean and muscley he has a super fast metabolism and looses weight like nothing.
-has an off and on relationship with opiates..

Any tips for him?

I think the answer to this is simple. Get him off to the professionals!

If you have never used contraception, you have been very lucky. If 100 women have regular, unprotected sex for a year, 85 will become pregnant. Add another year and possibly 8 or 9 more will become pregnant. That is why doctors do not worry much about couples until they have been trying for more than a year. You are over three years and that leaves two possibilities: You have just missed the fertile times or you, as a couple, will have problems having children. Volume of ejaculate is not a good predictor of success although it may become a line of inquiry with fertility treatment.

He needs a complet, not just uralogical, physical exam and the doctor needs to know what you have posted here. No more can be said without the results of the exam.
