i tried to have sex with my boyf for the first time, i really wanted to but when he went to penetrate me, he just couldnt , its like i closed up. It hurt to keep trying so we just stopped. I dont understand why , i was more than wet enough.
Ive only had sex once before with a different guy. That hurt at first too, but eventually he was able to penetrate and once he did it didnt hurt so much.
I thought this time would be better. I dont know what could be wrong, and now im too scared to try again in case the same thing happens. It makes me feel like a freak.
He can put his fingers inside me okay
Can anyone offer any help pls or have experienced this before?
thanks :(

Ashley,
Have you considered the possibility that you may possibly have a very tough hymen and it is still intact? That is what it sounds like to me when you say, "It feels like something is in the way".
Go to your Gyn and have them look at it...if your hymen is in fact still attached, your gyn can remove it. It's a very easy procedure.
There is a condition known as vaginismu which affects one or two percent of all women, Sometimes it is all the time; sometimes, epiphenomonally; sometimes, comes and goes. While many women outgrow it, in others it can prevent sex. It is an involuntary clamping of the muscles of the vaginal entrance.
If it persists, you should talk to your gyn. We have all seen it in patients and have appropriate references to make. It is important that it be treated early because each "failure" makes another failure more likely.
it's hard to tell from your description, but you might have a septate hymen =\
i used to have one, it needs to be surgically removed. usually no one brings up this possibility because it is suppossedly rare...

this was going to be my suggestion. after breaking my hymen some was still intact. i could hook my finger aroundit and pull on it (which hurt lol) it got in the way of sex alot. But after abt a yr i got fed up so i went to the doc and she cut it. which is great cause it dosnt hurt anymore but ever since im not as tight so my orgasms arnt nearly as intense. But i understand how much it hurts, and the procedure is maybe 10 min long. Dosent hurt at all.
