Im just curious but can you accidentally condition yourself to only being able to orgasm through one touch. What I mean by that is masterbation. When I masterbate, I basically do the same thing everytime, on occation I mix it up a bit. Anyways to get to my point, when my boyfriend gives me oral, I dont really feel anything from it. It's like I cant barely feel his tongue. He's even putting his tongue to a point. Im not sure how else to explain this. I was aroused enough that it should have done something.

Oral stimulation as fantastic as it is, takes a different path to Nirvana than hand stimulation and masturbation. Using the two together in what I call the "Dynamic Duo" is pretty much a sure way to bring about an orgasm immediately if not sooner. It is not unusual for us to beome aroused to a much greater intensity from oral than from masturbation or our partner's hand/fingers, yet because the stimulation is not what we have become conditioned and accustomed to it does not trigger an orgasm. That's it in a few paragraphs.
