I'm a female in my early 40's. I have a high sex drive but no one to have sex with. So I masturbate. So when the times comes for me to have sex again, will it hurt like it did when I lost my virginity?

No sex in over 6 years

Welcome to the SI101 Board and its Forums. I hope you enjoy participating.
It may or may not. I recommend doing some stretching exercises several days before you know you may be having intercourse. Do this by taking daily baths in warm water with no soap or bubble bath. The warm water will soften your skin. Next, insert a finger and tug holding the tension for several moments before moving on around the opening. As you do, repeat, holding the tension.
Do this for several days until you can insert two fingers. When you can, repeat using two fingers in opposition, either one finger of each hand or two from one.
If and when you do have intercourse, make sure you are well lubricated. Even if you produce lots of mucus, add some commercial lube around the opening and to his penis/condom. If he wears a condom, a lubricated type is of no real value so just suggest he wear a regular one of proper size.
You may or may not experience some discomfort. Much depends upon how wet and how relaxed you are. The hymen has long since healed so it shouldn't cause any discomfort unless it did not completely tear.
I suggest looking at it and see if it is going to be a problem or not. If it remains partially intact, and when it is time for penetration, guide the tip of his penis to an opening between the vaginal wall and remnant of the hymen.
He should use pressure to insert and should not poke, jab or shove.
The ideal position for the first time or two is the Woman Superior because you maintain complete control. You know where P and V are and can deftly bring the two together perhaps saving the guy some angst. Place the tip of the penis as described, and then you can apply whatever amount of pressure you require and at the correct angle.
Later, as he begins to slide inside, you can proceed as slowly or quickly as desired. The same goes for stroking and thrusting.
Lastly, please look at the Index and read all about this and more.
Give this all a try and if problems occur that you two cannot figure a fix for, we can revisit the matter. I hope this is of help. Got questions?
