Yeah I seem to have the exact same problem : can't ejaculate when masturbating, yet I have night sperm emissions quite frequently.
Given proper stimulation, I can stay erect for a long time but I'm not able to "finish".
I'll try some more intense stimulation with my gf, but I'd like to know if there is any "cure" to this condition.
Maybe there are some people here who have dealt with this in their past, anyone?
