nipple problem please try to help

Sounds as if you have permanent soft tissue damage. In all honesty, if you have this mass/lump has your MD sent you for additional testing? Breast cancer is not isolated to women, it's rare in men but it can develop. How long have you had it?
Years back, I slipped on the ice pretty bad and had a hairline fracture on the lower leg. The soft tissue was damaged. About 10 years later, I can still feel a deep lump and there is an indentation to the soft tissue with mild discoloration.
But looking at breast tissue, this should not be there.
thanks alot sera but i know that the damged tissues caused Coagulation of blood ,and when my nipple is hard i feel the solid thing inside sometimes even i find the harmed one hard and the other is not because it became more sensative , i cant find any treatment , it have been like that for more than 2 years ,if anybody else got any solutions tell me ,thank u again sera300

Honestly, go to see a surgeon and have him/her look at it. This is something which should not be there. Coag'd blood should have been re-absorbed. If it's painful, you need to have it looked at & not to have a doc push it off. If it's truly nothing, then leave it but men do develop cancer. And I would have it ruled out. Many times it's just a simple Ultrasound required & a small needle biopsy...please see a surgeon.
Just FYI to ALL MEN---Breast Cancer is not just a "Woman's disease". It's very uncommon in men but there are multiple types of this disease. Any lumps need to be examined. And it does not have to be just in the "breast" tissue, often it is found about 3 inches below the clavicle near the chest. An unresolved mass (with no recent trauma to the area) needs to be properly evaluated. It's not a challenge to your masculinity, many of us take it very seriously. If your health care provider or Doc does not--seek an opinion from a surgeon, preferably on who does specialize in breast diseases.
Men should read the info here to what to look for and some stats:
