If you are asking about the age and sexting, it all comes down to child pornography. Regardless if you take a pic of your self and send it or somebody dose it, you may end up in jail for solicitation of child pornography.

I don't like how child pornography laws is being used to punish the young who make the mistake of sharing nude photos of themselves on the internet. Considering the law was made initially in mind to prevent sexual abuse of children. There is no adult here abusing a child. A child was being foolish and made a mistake, yet face the same kind of sentencing.

Sexting and sharing of photos on the internet is an issue that should be resolved by the parents; its up to them to teach their child and warn/discipline them of the consequences of this kind of behavior.

Interesting...personally I find real sex a little bit ruder (or a similar word) than sexting.

But I guess that's the law
