In both men and women the lower abdomen requires huge amounts of blood (comparatively) during sexual arousal and orgasm. The body keeps blood supply to the brain and the core (organs in the torso) as long as possible. The excess blood needed comes from the periphery and that can leave the hands and feet numb.

This does not mean that you are good; it means she had a pretty strong orgasm. Or, maybe, she had not been drinking enough water and was a "pint low."
