I heard here on the Italian news that there is now a pedophile party in hollands politics - what the hec is the world comming to ? OK so they rekon removing the taboo is going to stop it happening and that lowering the age for sex from 14 to 12 is going to stop so much underaged sex well that might but they want to legalise underaged pornography - great so how is that protecting minors and no taking the ban off it is not going to stop it happening if they want to put an end to pedophiles then the dfirst step is thorough sex education because thats bbasically the root of the problem in my opinion: people don't feel adequate to takle people their own age so go running after little girls apart from the crap idea that it is best to has sex with a virgin (ok so she probably won't have the foggiest) but sound information and yes removing taboos and misconception with INFORMATION willl solve the problem not making it all legal in my opinion. I am surpriced the unicef let them even breath a word of it not to mention start a n iternet site.

i have a simple solution i keep it in the trunk of my car it is slowly solving all the worlds problems with sexual deviants you know whaat will stop this behaviour? fear fear of the baseball bat in my trunk anyone else feel the same our laws and governments are failing us and our children im not crazy im just fed up personally i execute pedofiles.

The facts of this news story are:

3 people formed a political party in Holland. The stated goal of the recently formed party (3 people) is to lower the age of consent from 16 to 12.

The court ruled that these 3 people have the democratic right to form the party. The court did NOT make any ruling or express any opinion regarding the party's stated goal.

The news story is actually about freedom to organize a party, it's not about underage pornography. The media is of course having a field day twisting and spinning the story. (The net effect of reducing the age of consent to twelve is that it would then be possible for a 12 year to star in a porn film, but again -- the legal issue here was whether or not three people have the right to form a political party.)

So now there's a global debate caused by three people in Holland who are admitted pedophiles.

Sometimes I think the world just needs a giant Prozac.

OK, for the record I'm not in favor of reducing the age of consent; I'm not in favor of child porn. But I'm not going to get too excited over three people who are stupid enough to form a party and - effectively - announce to the world that they are pedophiles. At least we know who they are, right?
