Wifey, does this mean that I no longer need to go to the gym or run those endless miles? This I have to know.

You'd be surprised what a great workout for your thighs is the woman on top position is. It made my thighs pretty dang toned and strong that I didn't even fall off the mechanical bulls primarely due to that

See therein lies the dilemma Ms Wifey. You have to "exercise" frequently.
I wonder if frequently means daily??

lol that sounds pretty awesome!

but...the way NHS put 'sexercising', it sounded like a shampoo or something that cleanses "pores and stops breakage"

Well, always practice "safety" by all means. "Daily exercise" would sure eliminate those pesky abdominal crunches would't it. What effect would it have on the fitness industry? Do you think there would be a great many more people walking around with smiles on their faces?

Well, maybe a tad bit more encouragment and your boyfriend will see how nice smiling can be. Somehow, I know you can make him see the light.
