First, forget about the uterus didelphys. He will not even notice. In fact, it is surprising that this was even discovered during your childhood. About four or five percent of all women have uterine abnormalities and many of them never even know about it. The didelphys is rare and needs to be watched by a competent gynaecologist but it is in no way noticeable. When considering pregnancy, this is another issue.
Accessory breast comes in many manifestations. It is not uncommon to have an accessory nipple anywhere along the milk ducts. Sometimes they are well developed and sometimes look more like a mole. These are usually no more than a sometimes uncomfortable nuisance, depending upon the specific location, than a real problem. A completely formed third breast is much less common and the issue is handled differently based upon whether the breast is complete or whether it is simply breast tissue without a nipple. The location on the body also varies. Sometimes between the breasts, armpit, even the buttocks.
Perhaps your best approach is to discuss these two conditions with your doctor and seek some assistance with a counselor before you dispaly this to a rather unknowledgeable young man. We each have our abnormalities. You happen to have one that is potentially noticeable and the other that will present some difficulty in child bearing. You sexual functioning, short of pregnancy, should not be affected but should be discussed with the doctor who has been following you.
