hi i have this problem of me going red in the face as if i become embarresed i dont know what it is when i start a convo with a girl i go red in the face or even over the daft things. I dont know why and its annoying is there any way i can calm myself or and tips please

No easy cure. Try meeting people in neutral situations, interest groups or such, and randomly striking up conversations. Practice should help.

A common problem that is solved by going out and talking -a sentence or two, to everyone you meet. A first, try asking questions.

What time is the next bus?
What does he/she think of the political scene?
Who dos he/she think will win the third race at Aqueduct?
What does this girl think of the place?

Doesn't matter what. JUST ASK.

Later on, you can work on buildin a conversation.

Yep, the best way to learn how to talk to girls is to simply talk to girls. But it doesn't have to be talking to them to get a phone number or a date. Just talk to random girls when you are out and about like EEK said. It will go a long way to building your confidence.
