I don't know about law everywhere, but I can tell you that the law where I live calls it rape if there's ANY alcohol involved AT ALL. Alcohol consumption lends the possibility that the capacity to consent is diminished, so legally, it's rape.

I only bring that up because if tipsy = rape, I would imagine asleep would as well.

In an attempt to take a bit lighter note, there's something I don't get. Why the hell would you want foreplay/sex with the proverbial 'dead fish' anyway? How is that any fun? Getting the feedback and participation-in-kind is part of the enjoyment.

Sorry I totally disagree. Rape is rape period. Guy or girl doesn't matter. Just because statistically more women are raped than men, and just because women have more points of entry doesn't mean a guy cant get raped.

Of course its different! Did she insert ur penis in her without u knowing it like how some guys will insert their penis without us knowing it?
