Hello Bobby,
What are you going to do if all of us advise you to "see your doctor"? What if you had a very serious condition, would you elect to feel ill for a week or two, or, go and get checked out and get a prescription. What about doing nothing when you could have only to find out it is now too late. You can certainly be scared or even apprehensive, yet placing irrational fear before reason is not wise.
Here's the skinny on the foreskin: First, they come in different shapes and sizes. Some have a straw-like extension beyond the tip of the penis; others have a large opening that will cover all or part of the glans. Many up until mid to late teens are tacked in place and do very little moving back and forth.
Do you fiddle with it at all? By fiddling, I mean trying to free it, tug on it, massage it? A lot of boys do as a matter of self exploration, so, if you do not, you may want to consider playing with it.
The rim or "Corona Rim" can have a larger circumference than the shaft and/or glans and moving the foreskin back behind it can sometimes be a problem. One thing you can do is to take a warm bath or shower that will soften the foreskin and then to stretch the opening in order to make it wider. This can take several baths or showers yet will often be just what is needed to let it slip back beyond the Corona Rim.
Now, if your foreskin's opening is very small and stretching the opening over the course of a month or so will not work, my suggestion as Brandye often recommends is to go to the doctor and get it "nicked" in order to make the opening larger. This is not a big deal, takes a second, and is far less drastic than circumcision.
