We are of similar age (I am also in my late 20s and also a virgin) and I think this would affect 'first time lasting time'. The age makes your situation atypical and I think you would therefore last longer than a 'normal' virgin on debut - since most people lose their virginity in their teens and almost all people by age 25, which colors the 'average'. Sure, you still won't last as long as somebody who is experienced, but I would guess it will be longer than assumed for a virgin - on account of your age.
