Lasting a short, but varied, length of time during sex

Hello Everyone,

A brief history of my sex life:

I've only been with one girl and we've had sex roughly fifty times. When we started having sex I'd last maybe 20 seconds. Also I should add that I only see her about once a month (but masturbate fairly regularly between visits). However whenever I see her the first one or two times we have sex only lasts about half a minute and the rest of the times last a couple minutes at best.

1) I'm not satisfied with how long I last in general.

2) I'm not happy with how quick I finish those first few times (I wonder if getting sex more regularly would stop that from happening).

She's going to be over this weekend, and hopefully I'll discover that my problems are immediately better (I've been mentally preparing myself for it). Any advice, suggestions, comments, or questions?

In my younger years I experienced this with various men. Regular sex will help and so would learning the Squeeze technique. This requires a cooperative partner but it sounds like you have one. Do a search.

What worked great for me back then was having her rub that first easy one out of me, and then getting to it. Ever since I've been a fan of both of us having an orgasm or two prior to actual penetration. Mutual masturbation is a lot of fun!
