Lesson #1: Please do not post duplicate posts. It is unnecessary and fragments answers and confuses the discussion. Notice the blue navigation bar at the top of the main page, there is a "New Posts" link and clicking on it will show all new posts in all forums since you last visited.

Lesson #2: Please familiarize yourself with the FAQs, and the Posting Guidelines section at the top of the main screen.

Lesson #3: Teaching you "some stuff" can best begin by referring you to the Index, also at the top of the main screen. The Index contains links to helpful informative insightful, as well as how-to articles that discuss the most common questions and concerns people write in about.

I recommend that you read all, more than once, beginning at the top of Page 1 and continuing to the bottom of Page 2. Knowledge is empowering, and there is a wealth of information to be gleaned from all of the articles.

If you have specific questions or concerns that are not in the articles or among one or more of the threads, please do not hesitate to ask. We're here to pay it forward making it easier for those who are coming along behind us.
