Hello sir I am FriendyAnil and my age is 21th years . and my problem is Night False. I think my body is too loss from this is it right sir please tell me full detail of night false. because I am so confused thanks

"Night false" is a term applied in some cultures to "nocturnal emissions" or "wet dreams" of young men. This is a completely natural function of the male body. The male begins to make sperm, in the testicles, and semen, in the vesicles and prostate, at puberty. This continues throughout life.

Because the body is making sperm and, especially, semen at a rate faster than it is being ejaculated, it accumulates in the body. Most of it is reabsorbed into the body. When the "storage capacity" of the body is exceeded, the body gets rid of the excess through a wet dream. If a man is either sexually active or masturbates regularly, there is less build up of the excess semen and wet dreams do not occur. There may still be sexual dreams but the need for release is less.

Women, too, have sexual dreams but there is no "need" for release as in the male body.

So, night false is entirely normal. And, as I understand, quite pleasant.

There are no bad side-effects unless you consider a large sticky spot on the sheets as bad. It is actually good for your body.
