I can't exactly recommend something that I haven't used. Condomania has a pretty good guide that I'd recommend reading. To start, try looking at ones with 'snug' fits or the Japanese condoms. As I mentioned earlier, TheyFit just started shipping condoms again temporarily, so you can measure yourself and order ones specific for your size - latex, I believe. I greatly prefer the feel of polyisoprene and polyurethane, but there just aren't many sizes for them.

Why do you ask? Are you thinking about a penisectomy?

The ideal penis length need only be sufficient for a woman to grasp in order for her to use it as both a throttle or a brake for her man's level of arousal.
