Pain after sex?

I just got a odd question. My girlfriend (we have been dating 7 months now) just told me for a couple of days after we have sex her vagina hurts a little bit. Any idea what this could be?

Can be due to lack of lubrication. I can sometimes get "rubbed" a little raw at the entrance. If it's more interior... could be slight bruising if doing too much deep penetration.

Not uncommon to have a discomfort. If pain see a doctor. If unsure add lubricant and try engaging in intercourse slightly easier. Perhaps you are thrusting to hard?

I call it sensory memory. Like if you stare at a tile wall or floor for a few seconds, and then look away and kind of see a shadow of gridlines on top of what you're really seeing. I actually kind of like it, because it reminds me of the experience that caused it

Pick a reason:

1. she's not relaxed or aroused enough
2. you're too rough or unskilled
3. insufficient lubrication
4. you ran into her cervix
5. the usual sort of muscle ache after vigorous exercise

They are all valid.
