My girlfriend and I had "dry sex" and now we are scared. She had panties on and I didn't have a condom on. She is not using birth control. WE ARE STUPID. She was very wet, but I did not ejaculate. I don't know if I had pre cum or not. We went to the pharmacy to get "PLAN B" she took it that same night maybe 1 hour after we had our "dry sex" (wasn't very dry). What are the possibilities of her getting pregnant? How long would it take sperm to travel from I guess wet panties to her egg?

Not likely....
the chances weren't that much to begin w/... being that your penis didn't touch a "bare" vagina and you didn't even ejaculate. It's not likely... but you know.. stranger things have happened. It still wasn't very smart b/c like you said... even a little ejaculate or precum can contain sperm.

Having taken the MAP... I'd say very not likely.... especially since she took it so soon.

Hope you are more careful next time... Plan B or any other type of MAP is harsh on a woman's body....causing many bad side effects and as Brandye has stated... most women don't look forward to a time that they have to take it again.
Her cycle will most likely be out of whack for a month or so as well after this.
MAP is not a method of BC...just be more careful in the future!

Demon is quite correct in the very low chance of pregnancy. Now, learn from your lack of caution: WHenever your penis is with a foot of her pudenda, it should be in a condom; any time you both have your pants off, wear a condom. It can pop at any time and you do not know where that stuff is going.

Tylenol?Open the pamphlet and read. Be certain she is not allergic to any of the products and yes, it should then be fine...
