painful after sex

so i've have had sex before numerous times and i've been sore a few times but the last time i had sex with my boyfriend i could hardly move it felt like really painful cramps and it hurt for a good half hour where i couldn't sit or stand for very long. i recently got tested for STDS last week and was given a clean bill of health and i do use condom with my boyfriend and i we weren't doing anything different in bed, is there a medical reason this would happen?and towards the end of the session it began to hurt too

Perhaps he was hitting the cervix or perhaps you had a bladder spasm.

As a one time thing, do not become overly concerned. Orgasm involves tensing of many muscles of which we are ususally not even aware. Any of these may have developed a cramp or even bee strained.

If however, this becomes a common or frequent thing, see your doctor. Bladder spasm is a distinct possibility. As would be cramping of the uterine muscle itself or any of a host of others.

this is the same for me and my gf, when we first started having sex the foreplay was to much for me to handle and i was in alot of pain to the point i couldnt walk, during sex my gf does go thru some pain i think it may due to spazims or cramps and when it happens we stop (even if i have cum or not)
but the best way i deal with it is to sleep it off or take panadol to reduse the pain, but you may find different ways to deal woth it but sleep works the best
