Sex stamina
Well i am a very active person in sports. So i have a real good stamina when i play sports.
Does stamina in sports means we have more stamina when we have sex? Does it mean it's a plus? Anyway my girl is a small and gentle girl, will it be bad if i get too rough with her?

Good physical conditioning is a benefit.
Good hydration and eating habits are benefits. Being rough is not a good thing; however, having said that, how are you defining "rough"? It is possible to harm anybody regardless of size or temperament if the roughness is inconsiderate and gets out of hand. It is possible to have vigorous intercourse without really being rough from a careless aspect.

Another way to think about this term is in how I recommend people go about spanking who are interested in this. You can spank vigorously and with force and you can give one spank at a time both causing pain, discomfort, red skin, and worse. Another example is that while a lot of us enjoy strong forceful thrusts, it is quite another act to do them callously and to manhandle, or subject our partner to physical violence.

While you are a "beginner" do NOT engage in rough sex. Sorry, but to do it so as to not cause harm, you have to have decent basic sexual skills which yo don't. Focs instead upon gently getting her to orgasm.
