"Almost" penetration - Is this safe?
My girlfriend doesnt' want to have sex yet. but she likes put my penis in between her outer lips and move back and forth. i have never been inside her vagina. what do you call this. is this safe? we have been dating for over a year and she has never been able to get me to come on her own. i have helped a few times. is this normal

first of all. i have never experienced pre-cum, what is it and why hasn't it happened to me. and i am the only one she has been with. the only experience she has is with me. it all feels good but i can never reach climax. and after a while of her giving me a hand/blow job she stops and i don't want to make her keep going so that i can cum. i would feel bad to tell her what to do.

I'm sure that Sera or some of the other medically trained people will have something to say about your "i have never experienced pre-cum" statement. On the other subject, I'd say that she doesn't know how to get you off. You masturbate the way you like to, she can't do it exactly the same way that you can. However, you can teach her how to.
