The answer depends upon what you mean by "sex".
* SEX as in making love
* SEX as in intercourse

Lumping the two together as in having a "Quickie" means just a few minutes--perhaps fifteen minutes or less.

All too often, making love is all too short. A lot of (young) inexperienced guys nowadays are operating under the misconception that the best route to achieving an orgasm is from lots and Lots and LOTS of stroking, often cutting short all the stages in Making Out.

Making Out in all its various stages {Necking, Petting, & Heavy Petting) come before Foreplay and are an important requirement for women and an important benefit for men. Arousal for women generally requires more time and effort and is something a lot of men do not understand. Here are your answers:

* Making Out should go on for at least half an hour--longer (within reason) if time permits.
* Intercourse can last as long as desired; however, there are a couple of caveats; first, most women state that if intercourse lasts longer than about ten minutes, they become sore, bored, and tired; second, if it is desired to extend intercourse, then consider doing so in multiple stages, integrating a make out session and/or Foreplay.

u say u should make out for at least 3o min, oes than mean just kissing for 30 min or does that include oral and other things.

if actual sex last more than 10 minutes is there a way to keep her from gettin sore/bored? maybe slowing down a little and going softer?

You can go "softer", but really, if you're going in and out it's about the same.

I lasted a little under five minutes, my first time, probably. Don't worry too much about lasting long. You'll figure things out. If you're especially anxious it will take you longer, and the orgasm won't be as satisfying.

The 30 minutes plus requirement, addresses the time it takes to adequately arouse a woman. It primarily means devoting this time to fooling around and making out. Foreplay comes later.

Yes. I answered this in my first reply:

Variations in the speed, depth, and rhythm of stroking are all good and help with variety. If it is desired to extend intercourse, then pull out every so often and continue to make out and add a touch of manual and/or oral stimulation in order to maintain a high level of arousal for both of you.

After making out, again, for a while, then begin intercourse, again, when she invites you, not until. An invitation can be either expressed (verbally or non-verbally using a hand squeeze or other form of body language that the two of you work out.

ha the first time i had sex we made out for about 45 mins, nearly and hour, then had like 35 mins of oral then i blew my load with in 60 seconds from penetration. my first time was my girl friends first time too so i was more worried about her having a good one and making sure that she knew i though she was special, rather than trying to get my self off. even now i still make sure that she cums a lot before i even think of myself.
