I'm curious, also. Every few years there is a change in ideomatic English as expressions come and expressions go. I just learned that "Dude" is still in yet not as hip as it once was.

My first thought was an orgasm... but then it also mentions the peak you reach when doing drugs...XTC is the example... I can see that being the case as well..otherwise..who knows
