That is when you come inside the vagina (or anus - anal creampie) and it leaks out. There are lots of porn sites dedicated to it. I don't know how common it is in real life to sit back and watch it all leak out.. Probably not very, I'd be a bit uncomfortable asking my gf to do that.

Its a term used in porn to describe ejaculating in someone and letting it ooze out. (Must say, I don't like the term myself. Seems sleazy.)

I think we should re-name the Creampie. Creampie is just so lame sounding and I think at this sight alone there are enough people with brains to come up with some thing better. Sorry if this sounds strange I've been drinking tonight ps I am in love YEAH FOR MOEZZY!!!
