Hello, I'm new to these forums and you all seem to be really helpful so I thought I'd give it a go.

I'm 16 approaching 17 and have been with 2 girls in my life so far.

The problem is my cumming to fast. I'm pretty sure it's not the physical endurance but rather the mental, i find that during, either mastubation or intercourse, if i think about having sex I come extremly quickly. I find that if I think about other subjects it helps, but when it comes to it it is extremely hard to think about something else when you want to make the girl feel as good as possible. I have also found that because i came fairly quickly when loosing my virginity that I am also very consious of it all the time now.

Has anyone got any ideas to help me???

It depends on what you consider "fast". You might read this:

I'm thinking you are just a normal young guy. So, there are a couple things you can try... sometimes masturbation before sex can help. Another option is you DON'T have to stop just because you have reach orgasm. There are other things you can do to bring your partner to orgasm... or keep things interesting until you are ready to go again. (Just remember... if you've reached orgasm... then you need to wash off and change condoms before round two.)

When I was your age, every boy I knew had the same issues. Normal. The beauty is that your recovery time is close to none and you are ready to go again. I always jacked my partners off during foreplay to slow them down and get what I needed. That was advice from an experienced aunt.

So you reach orgasm quickly: wipe it off, change condoms and go again.

I had that problem for some time and just recently have been able to go as long as i want. my new approach or mind setting is dont cum till she does,, I either give her oral or finer her to make her cum then i can take as long or be as quick i as id like...

yeh... its all about think about a subject. I used to think about football, Rotherham United to be precise, i have no idea why that team, but it seemed to work. Now if i feel like im going to finish quicker then i want... i think about making her feel good, this completly distracts me and if that doesnt work i think HARD about not cumming! Like was mentioned earlier,try and focus on pleasing her. Don't focus on your self,Try and get her to climax first or see if you can climax close to the same time.I found out the more experience I had with sex the longer I would be able to hold out.Now I just ask when's she's ready and I'll try and go the same time as her.
