Slipping On Condoms

I'm uncut and I put the condom on 2 ways
1. foreskin pulled back
2. foreskin "on"
Is there a right\wrong way to do it? Depending on how long we want it to last I change it up. I'm wondering if the foresking is always supposed to retract when hard because thats what I've heard and mine doesn't "auto-retract". Would this affect the effectiveness of the rubber?Also its pulled back its a bit harder to put on because the condom gets stuck between my head and the foreskin (at the end\bottom of the head).

I do not have a penis so I do not have that problem. Those that I have put on men, I have simply left a little space at the head and rolled them on down. No real difference that I have noticed between those who were and were not circumcised.

The effectiveness will not any different however you do it. I would suggest that it is a matter of what is more comfortable. If you put a little dab of vaginal jelly in there it will kill a few sperm and also lubricate enough so that your penis and foreskin can move around a bit.
