I'm rather uncoordinated.

I almost trip over my own feet walking, much less dancing.

I guess i'll have to look in to dance classes eventually.

Given that response, I suggest you sit at home and dither about the situation. Or, walk into a dance studio some evening and see what is going on. Women and men (more of the former) are actually dancing and, even, touching one another. Some may, god forbid, be flirting!

Or join a basketball league and spend your evenings with sweaty men in a smelly gym.
