I am a 20 year old virgin. I have never had a girlfriend, never been kissed, and never been on a date. Women have always said that I am too ugly to date. Women who are my type, and women who are not my type have said this to me.

My women friends have told me about what type of man they want, and these are the college girls I am referring to. They want a man who has at least some experience. He got to know how to do somethings right. All of them think a guy should have some experience as he is in college.

I don't have any experience. I've never really been given a chance by any woman. I've been thinking about this recently. I agree with you, this gives me a MAJOR handicap! I don't know a lot of women who would be patient with me.

EEK, I am taking most of your advice you have given me. I have more confidence in my physical well being. I've always had confidence talking to women and making friendships with them. The past few months of my life have been great. School is going good and I have job. I don't have many problems in my life, never had. Finding a girlfriend has been my only major issue. It does not bothers me as much as it did in the past, but I think about it on how to make more positive changes to improve myself.

Where did I glorify being a virgin? I just don't see it as the issue some do. I found insulting the decision that we're all useless sacks of naive foolery....Why would anyone have regrets about losing their virginity (beyond the obvious ones of course)? I think you very clearly have misread everything I've said. I am clearly not in anyway in favor of people keeping their virginity like some kind of treasure...I'm just saying that people who don't lose it aren't necessarily useless twits.

You already know this. I am not a virgin by choice. A woman has never wanted me before. It is not possible to take chances when none are given. Trust me I do try. I've met a lot of good women at the college I attend. I'm not a shy person. I am well liked by others, and have many friends to whom some are women my age.

I would not put myself in the same category as most people in this thread because I try to get chances, I ask out women, and I'm always trying to improve myself. I am my own biggest critic. I see always see room for improvement, no matter how well I do something in general.
