i was the same way when i first was w/ my b/f.
i hadn't been w/ too many guys just dating. he was my first to do anything sexual w/ so i was weird at first.
theres no real cure. it just takes time and being comfortable w/ that person to kinda let loose and be yourself w/ them.

i'm the same way. it just takes time.
my mind is much worse than my actions..and although i know he would enjoy the stuff i come up with in my mind, i usually have issues making the rest of my body agree with my mind.

but i discovered that on the stuff i did manage to make myself do, that he and i both enjoyed it and i have no regrets and it felt really nice to do it.

i don't think all of it has to do with shyness personally...it's a fear so to speak and you just have to overcome that fear, and well, anyone with fears know that just takes time.
