Weird question,
When I'm erect, i'm right around the average (above/below, depends on which list), but when inerect, it is about 1.5 cm (~1/2 inch) long and about 2 cm (~3/4 inch) wide. is this normal?

a penis isn't measured by how long/wide it is limp. it's measured by how long/wide it is erect. if you say you're right around average when then don't worry cause you are normal.
the size of a limp penis varies from person to person.

A micro penis is a birth defect. If your erect penis is betwee 5" and 6 1/2" you are well within the normal range.
If you have a small flaccid penis, you are, again, among the vast majority of the world. Most men's average flaccid penis is between 1 and 3".
