And....calm. *This is a very common male problem. *Some guys don't even get it out of their pants first. *So you are not alone.

There are many things you can try. *From the sound of it you are fairly young, so you might try masturbation before sex. *Your time between ejaculations should be closer than those of us who are older. *That is the first and easiest solution.

There are also desensitizing creams available. *You can usually find them near the condoms (even in the supermarket). *Or any adult bookshop/toystore should have a wide range of things to help you last longer. *

I can assure you the problem lessens with age as well.

It just occurred to me, condoms also help cut down on sensitivity. *I assume you are using them already, but if not, YOU SHOULD BE! *They can save more than just your sex life.

I agree with Oberon 100%. I do have a question tho..are u using a condom? Even if your GF is on the pill, using a condom is a good way to prevent premature ejaculation!
