Yes, definitely, it is doctor time. I've never heard of this either, but anytime you have blood coming out of any part of you there is a problem. Please, get help.

Hi: This has happend to me several times in my life, and it's quite a shock when you see your semen blood red. Now, YES, you should see your Doctor just to be safe, BUT, my Dr. told me that because there are so MANY veins and blood vessels in the scrotum and groin, that it's not uncommon if a blood vessel breaks in your scrotum, that the seminal fluid will mix with the blood.

Often times, this bleeding is a result of some streneous excercise (running long distance with no jockstrap, wrestling, a shot to the groin, heavy lifting, etc).

Do check with your Dr...but know that in a week or so the blood will be absorbed into your body and it'll turn back to a creamy/white liquid.

I had the same problem, went on for months, i never went to a doctor. It cleared up eventually.

i had the same sort of problem but mine was from an injury to my groin i had a skateboard stand on end and i landed on it iwth my groin teh doc said id done some damage down there so yea even thou preople are saying it will clear up which it may very well do please see a doctor to male sure that u havent done any damage that might popo up in teh future
