If a guy is decent I doubt he'll mind what size they are. He'll just be happy that he actually gets some boob,lol. I have had ended up with DD as a result of hitting puberty at 11 and growing pretty steadily since then. ive gotten used to them so they dont bother me and its pretty easy for me to hide them when i want lol
