I'm 5'1 and big breast hurt. Although I like how they look in some shirts and they get lots of attention, they hurt the hell out of your back. You can't breave on your back either. I'm a 38 dd.

Way back in this thread, I pointed out that breast reduction surgeries now outnumber breast augmentation. This is often not considered elective surgery because oversize breasts can cause other skeletal problems. Star with diet and exercise.
