Finger her for a while to get her warmed up and the have sex. If she orgasms when you are fingering her than one position that she might like is if she lays on the bed on her stomach with her legs together and you straddle her. Works good for me. You have to remember that it takes women longer to get "warmed up" so work on her for a while before you expect her to orgasm with sex.
