I know that 5.5-6 inches seems to be the average length penis. I'm right at 6, not terrible I guess. But what is considered average girth? Im 5 inches in girth and I was curious what the average was. Thanks

Okay now, I just want to hear your opinion on my case...

Me and my girlfriend are deeply in love (we’ve been together for about 1 year now), we want to get married and have children one day and you know... live a happy life together. We're still young, (17 and 16 years old) but in the future.

We’re really careful on sex things. I don’t mean we don’t want to have sex but we’re just aware of a change of an accident (mostly because our parents keep reminding us about that...). We love kissing and hugging and caressing each other and we’ve already been naked together but done only something like foreplay. We really enjoyed it.

I’m about 180cm tall and she’s about 150cm. When I was fingering her I did it only with one finger. I tried inserting two fingers and managed to get them in but her vaginal opening felt so tight.. I asked her if I’m hurting her and she said she’d prefer one finger. I’m not sure if I was too fast putting two fingers in or something. I think her vagina is about 3.7 - 4 inches deep.

From what Brandye has said.... 95% of vaginas can take 95% of penises. The only problem comes when the guy is VERY well endowed... like 10+ inches.
Yes she will be able to accomodate you.. I mean babies do come from there!
It just takes getting used to... we are all very tight before we have any sexual contact... fingering prepares us for intercourse, working up from 1 to 2 fingers.
You just have to make sure she is properly wet and properly aroused, that she is relaxed and not tense... this will cause difficulty in insertion.

There are plenty of threads about this under the New to sex forum when some couples have to attempt sex 2-3 times b/f the guy can even get his penis in... just due to the fact that the girl is so nervous and tense.. the vagina isn't letting anything pass through.

well good luck on making it to marriage together most teen couples don't but as demon said you need to work up to it and be sure she relaxes, also with arousal the vagina will stretch to accommodate a penis

1.) One finger is good. Two are OK, although, as previously mentioned, she will have to work up to it. Here are two things she can do to help the process along:

First, consider that while just fooling around, you do not really need to insert a finger. Why? Well, because the outside around the entrance and just inside are richly endowed with very sensitive nerve endings that can contribute much to a woman's pleasure when touched and stroked.

Second, If she is being stretched then there are a couple of fixes.
One is for her to take a graduated dildo and work with it over time
in order to make the opening more pliable. She can substitute
items like a candle or carrot stick or English cucumber. How-
ever, if the hymen is intact, stretching in this way will probably
have to wait.

Another exercise I recommend is to stretch both the opening and the hymen (if present and intact) using a single finger at first, then graduating to two fingers either of the same hand or one from each.

These exercises are best accomplished while sitting in a bathtub
of warm water because the water will soften the tissue. Alternately,
you can do the exercises in a shower. Begin by tugging the opening
and holding pressure for several moments before moving on to the
next quadrant. Devote about twenty minutes once or twice a day
to the exercises. Over the course of several days to a week or so
you should then be able to insert two fingers. Continue to tug and
hold the pressure along each quadrant in turn.

For a girl or woman with little or no experience with fingering, it is probably not a bad idea to insert a finger slowly. Why? First, because if there is an intact hymen, bumping it can be uncomfortable. Second, proceeding slowly gives her time to adjust to being penetrated. Question about how you measure size...
Is it commonly measured on the underside from the scrotum to the head, or the top? Just curious...
