i don't know about your pubes, but i've heard on the radio that one of the many reactions of the body for using weed is those man boobs, another one is a low IQ and also erection problems .

I've heard that too about the weed. About the pubic hair, it's probably just puberty hitting you, you probably hit puberty but it's growing now. It's not a big deal. There is a lot of different responses on this site about fingering techniques. Just look around. And for your age I think that size and everything is ok.
