Hi:
I need some help from you. My wife and I are married for over 3 months and we are trying to have our first baby . So far we are unsuccessful even though we had sex during the days recommended by the ovulation calculator.
The question I have is, after having sex, I found most of my semen on the sheet. I am not sure whether I am releasing any thing inside my wife's vagina or not. Please forgive my ignorance. Do married couples released most of their semen inside the women vagina or they also experienced the same thing. As I am worried that may be the reason for not having a baby is due the amount of semen that is found outside on the sheet. Most of the time I am on top and we do sex in missionary position.
Your advise on this matter will be highly appreciated.
Greg

Greg,
The woman absorbs some of the sperm that is released when ejaculation occurs, what you are seeing on the sheet, is not all of your sperm, but just some.
Try Here, Similar Situation :)
You've only been trying for three months, relax. If however, it continues to be a problem, I would recommend getting evaluated by a medical doctor. Problems such as low sperm count in males and ovarian/uterine problems in females can prevent couples from getting pregnant. Some people, no matter how hard or for how long they try, simply cannot conceive. This is where adoption and In Vitro Fertilization comes into play. But I would NOT worry about this at all now. You say you are new to sex, and have only been trying three months. Don't be in a rush. Relax, enjoy this time you guys have together, and it should happen in its own time.
Take your vitamins, fella and then have sex with your wife every night until you drop. Do not follow the ovulation calendar. Waste of time since most women do not work like clocks. Have sex every night and do it with enthusiasm. Missionary is best and she has to remain horizontal for 20 to 30 minutes afterwards so more post-coital cuddling is in order. Relax, enjoy and see if that doesn't work wonders.
