Your size is not the issue. Women tend to be a bit tight if you did not do enough foreplay with finger insertion. But it's normal. As far as not maintaining an erection, I'd bet it's nerves.
that sounds like the 1st time i trued to have sex. i was just thinking about it too much and thinking it was a big thing, but is realy isnt, its just sex after all.
from what ive read on here and tryed i find that making out and foreplay will make it so much better, and wider :)
Have her tease you first either orally or manually. Get you ready. Expect it to be tight. If she is turned on as well and is wet then it will go in, but you have to be hard. You can't get a limp penis to slide in a tight space. Just relax the pressure is not all on you.

I had the same problem. Nothing you can do except relax & have fun with it. Wait a little bit before attempting it again and just go into sexual situations with no preconceived notions on what is going to happen. Just have fun learning how to make each other get off through oral and so on. Find out what turns her on, and eventually it'll become natural and you'll just be ready.
